Hernán Cassiodoro
He was born on 27th February, 1978 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He learnt the art of drawing and painting in a self-taught way and also attending to workshops of different teachers such as Juan Doffo, Ernesto Pesce and Juan Herrera. He is interested in Renaissance, neoclassical and academic painting as well as in prehistoric rock art, marginal art and expressionism, hence developing a dual style, partly figurative, symbolic and rational and partly abstract, automatic and unconscious. He exhibits his works in individual and group exhibitions, mainly in Buenos Aires, where he currently resides and works.
